"No, only Live Beneficiaries count towards your plan totals. We advise uploading legacy beneficiaries to build a strong audit trail within BEE Nectar but there is no charge for storing or reporting on these records whatsoever."
My company prefers installed software and we do not use cloud solutions, how can I use BEE Nectar?
Do I need to pay for one year in advance on each Plan?
"BEE Nectar is a cloud based application. As a customer you receive all product updates instantly with no action required. Our software and all of your data is stored on secured servers with end-to end encryption.
However, we do offer installed solutions for customers who are not able to access the cloud version. Please speak to a Customer Success Manager for more information."
